Manufacturing Delays

Since Covid 19 commenced we have experienced extended delivery times and increases in costs due to the shortage of components. We have done our upmost to place orders to be able to cover your requirements. Over the past six months the situation has deteriorated and some of our vendors are experiencing extended lead times.

If you are working on a project, please contact us as soon as you are able so that we can minimise any delay in fulfilling your order. If the exact product is not available, please contact your representative as we may be able to make the item you need or offer a suitable alternative.


Some manufacturers are currently working with reduced staffing levels due to Covid 19 restrictions causing extended delivery times. Delivery dates we are currently receiving from our vendors is usually accurate.


There has been an exponential increase in the cost of freight. Sea freight has increased in many cases by 400%. There is also a shortage of containers in the right place and shortage of vessels which is causing delays in freight being received.

Some items are normally sent by air freight. POS terminals are normally sent by sea, we are able to ship terminals by air, if they are required urgently, at an extra cost.

If you are placing an order and will not be at your usual location, please use an alternative address for your delivery.

If you are drop shipping, please check that there will be someone at the address to accept delivery.

If you are visiting us to pick up goods, please observe NSW and Victoria Government requirements by maintaining social distancing and wearing a mask.
